• The components of the faucets are guaranteed for five years.
• Free postage or delivery of parts, where there are any manufacturing faults.    
  
• In the first year there is a replacement guarantee for the whole faucet if there are any manufacturing faults. In the second to fifth year, faucets are repaired or replaced by us free of charge.

Exclusions:

Failures caused by bad installation or incorrect use by the consumer fall outside the guarantee.
